With the advent of ITU Strategic Plan for 2016-2019, Arshad Daniel's views also echoed our thoughts on this matter. I believe that convergence of technology and communications should not be limited on the urban areas, but also on the rural areas. Wherein most help should be needed in time of calamities, education, peace and order situation and other communication related needs.

I know a great man once said, "if there is no knowledge there is no power", and also with uncle Ben " with great power comes with great responsibility". With our advance technologies today, we should take advantage of some brilliant ideas like this that we can use to be connected and informed of what’s happening around us not just in the metro but specially in some rural areas. With this great idea we know that we can save lives with a simple information transmitted through the use of technology.. We should not overlook the possibility of using this in the near future. Cheers! =)
